POSITION TRAINING
This will allow the athlete to become more familiar with positions that are not natural for them, which will improve their performance, increases confidence and enhance production.

SKILLS
The main focus is improving physical, technical and tactical aspects of the game. We use drills that focus on footwork, transitioning in and out of breaks, ball skills, explosiveness, quickness, body control, field awareness and hand-eye coordination. This will improve the athletes athleticism and confidence that will transfer over to the field of play.

SPEED
Athlete will see improvements in running form and technique. They will also increase their reaction time, improve their drive phase, acceleration, breathing, speed and muscular endurance. Guaranteed!!!
